Made with 100% Scottona beef this burger is the paradise of meat eaters that like to go a bit further by being experimental. For those that know the quality and reputation of Scottona meats, they know they are getting their money’s worth when indulging this delicacy!

We use only prime ingredients and Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, all put together by an Award Winning Chef. This is a mind and tongue blowing pizza that is prepared on our multi-grain and multi-seed super healthy dough, and as always can be served as completely gluten free. This pizza features a special pistaccio pesto that will make you go nuts especially when combined with our freshly sliced mortadella.

Our mushroom brie burger is not just made out of hand picked Scottona beef and minced freshly here in our kitchen… it’s put in a homemade gluten free bun with a mushroom and cranberry sauce to make sure that we will take you to a place where you have never been before.

“Scottona meat is recognised by small infiltrations of fat in the muscle mass, known as marbling. During the cooking process, the marbling will melt thus giving the meat a delicious taste and the famed tenderness associated to this beef.”

Making everything in-house enables us to deliver a fresh pizza that is made as our clients request – Fresh, with Gluten free dough, and / or with Lactose free cheese. Our Gluten Free Dough makes a pizza that is tasty without making  use of  wheat or gluten.
