At Wood and Coal steak house  we choose the best beef for our blend of burgers  with whole muscles of  Scottona beef  chuck and  brisket which grade in the top qaulity meats in malta .we do this blend of Scottona muscle to dry aged  for 10 days beef gives it just the right amount of complexity, deeply delicious, rich and ready for the grill .  We grind these together to give you a super flavorful burger, 250 grams with all the complexity of fine, dry aged beef built-in.
